The staff at Dr. De La Cruz’s clinic seek to foster a family environment, and we will do our best to extend his “hug your customers” philosophy of providing outstanding service to his patients, treating each one with the same level of care as we ourselves would wish to be treated. We share Dr. De La Cruz’s dedication to treating each patient as an individual, listening to you, respecting your privacy and understanding the value of your time. Our highly professional staff will care for you in a friendly and comfortable environment, and will strive to surpass your expectations on every level.
Irelys Karina Williams, Patient Relations Specialist and Office Manager
Irelys (Karina) is a native of Venezuela, and is loved by many of Dr. De La Cruz' patients. Available to clients from their very first phone call, Irelys loves to be helpful and explain Dr. De La Cruz’s procedures in detail. She is continually implementing new ways to create a better experience for Dr. De La Cruz’s patients. Irelys loves living a healthy lifestyle supported by a consistent work out routine, a disciplined diet and a strong faith. She loves to volunteer in feeding the homeless with one of the Catholic churches in Houston.
Irelys is also certified in Photofacial/IPL treatment, as well as LASER Tattoo removal.
